• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email after booking. Please bring this email when you visit the salon.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
